SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges. All sales are final. In the event you wish to return your product(s), or the product(s) you received were incorrect please contact us. We want to ensure that you receive the best customer service possible.

Unless an item is back ordered or out of stock, orders placed on regular business days (Monday thru Friday) will be shipped out within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship out the next upcoming business day.

Depending on your preferred shipping method, you should typically receive your product within 7-10 days of placing your order. If for some reason there is a delay on our end, we will contact you to let you know the adjusted shipping or delivery time that you should expect.

Please do not be alarmed if your shipment does not show up in tracking until the day it is delivered. Many times, tracking information is not updated until after the package has already been delivered or is close to being delivered.

In the case in which a package shows as delivered to the right address, but you have not received it, we suggest checking with others at the delivery address first. Additionally, some packages may have been delivered to a next door neighbor’s address by mistake. These are common issues, but in some cases, the shipping carrier may have more information on said delivery.

Orders that include free shipping are mailed in the USA only and are delivered via UPS ground or USPS. Please allow 7 to 10 days for all free shipping orders. Orders must be over the advertised dollar amount shown at the time of purchase.

We offer free shipping in the USA only. To qualify for free shipping your order must be over $100.00 in US dollars with a limited quantity of five (5) items or less on any single item purchase. The free shipping offer only applies to quantities of (five) 5 items or less and excludes large quantity orders. Large quantity orders are considered an amount of 10 or more of any product or product combination. Bulk orders must be an amount of 25 or more of any product or product combination and will be shipped accordingly with bulk rates.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover and debit cards.

Payment status is reflected on your order’s current status. If an order is marked as “Processing”, it will ship out with the next set of orders. If your order is marked as “Completed”, it has already been processed and has shipped or is scheduled for shipping.

You order may have been flagged for various reasons and/or we may be attempting to verify the information associated with your order. If your order has been on hold for more than 24 hours, please contact us for more information regarding the hold or delay.
